Fun, creative and expressive classes where children explore yoga poses through games, stories, songs, rhymes, sun dances (sequencing), partner yoga, acro yoga, along with learning varying breathing techniques and strategies to develop emotional intelligence. They will be involved in mindfulness, relaxation and discussion and reflection times that are designed for the specific age group being taught.
